9-20-08: Ran 9 miles in 1 hour and 20 min. Pace was 8:55 min/mile which is really fast for me on a long run.
I ran from our house down laguna honda, left on Lincoln, right on 19th and ran through the presidio and ended up at Crissy field, (at the golden gate bridge). Jon picked me up when I was done, so I didn't have to walk back. What a nice hubby!

do you listen to music as you run or do you just think and observe?
oops-I told you I had been reading your running blog. I had gone back to it several time after your initial entry and you didn't have anything so I didn't think you were going to continue it.
Personally, I think you should put it back on your regular blog, but I will keep reading it here if you keep it here!
