9-13-08: Ran 10 miles in one hour and 33 min, pace: 8:52 min/mile. Ran with the Nike Womens group. It was so fun. We ran through the presidio up Arguello and did a little loop in the GG park and then back. After instead of doing my usual ice bath, we all went and soaked our legs in the freezing bay water! I love SF!
